- Turn a 2-hour Excel task into 2 minutes ⏭️
Hi there! How much time do you spend deciding how to do something at work versus actually doing it?
Exhibit A: A “quick favor” lands in your inbox, and you have to figure out: Excel or AI? So you open both, click between them, and pray one reveals itself as the correct choice. 🫠
Imagine skipping all that:
The task comes in and you just know if it’s for Excel, AI, or both
It gets done easily and efficiently
You’re left with extra time to spend on work that gets you noticed 😉
That’s exactly what we’re covering in my free live Excel and AI class! I’ll show you how to save 5+ hours every week by knowing what should be done in Excel and what to delegate to AI.
Thousands of people have already registered, and space is limited. Save your seat before they’re gone!

Flip Your Data Without Retyping a Thing ⏭️
POV: It’s a Friday afternoon and you’ve just finished your sales report. Every number and name checks out. You are, frankly, a spreadsheet genius. ✨
Then your manager pings you. "Love this! Small thing, can you flip it so the names go down the side and the regions run across?"
Small thing?! As if retyping every cell in your report is a two-minute endeavor. 😖
Turns out it can be! Let me show you how you can ask Excel to flip your rows and columns for you in just a few minutes.

There are two ways to do it (the second one preserves your formatting!).
Method 1
Step 1) In your desired cell, type =TRANSPOSE(

Step 2) Select the full array (A1:I5) and press Enter. All set!

Method 2 (Preserve Your Formatting)
Step 1) Select your data and press CTRL + C to copy
Step 2) Click the cell where you want the flipped version to land

Step 3) In your Home ribbon, click the arrow under Paste and choose Transpose. Done!

P.S. There’s a keyboard shortcut for this too! Watch it right here.

Save 5+ Hours Every Week By Combining Excel and AI 🤯
Think of Excel and AI as two employees. If you were hiring, you wouldn’t always hire them for the same job:
Excel is your reliable OG. It never gets things wrong and does exactly as asked.
AI is your brilliant intern. Wildly capable (but messes up every now and then 😅).
They both have strengths. The key is knowing which job to hire them for and when to combine AI and Excel to clean messy data, generate formulas, and automate reports.
That’s exactly what we’ll be covering in my free live Excel and AI class! In just one hour, you’ll learn how to:
☑️ Clean, organize, and visualize data in a fraction of the time
☑️ Let Copilot write your formulas, spot your trends, and build polished KPI reports in seconds
☑️ Save 5+ hours a week by knowing instantly which tool handles what
☑️ Check AI’s work before you send it, so every report goes out airtight
Excel skills used to be the differentiator. In 2026? It’s knowing how to run both Excel and AI, and knowing when to call each one.

How to Clear Your Inbox of Digital Clutter 📥
It happens every single week. An email lands in your inbox, you read it and think “Oh I need to sit with this…I’ll get back to them!” and then close it. Then another email comes in. And another.
Before you know it, that first email is buried under dozens of newer ones and you’re more behind than ever. 🫠
But your email inbox doesn’t have to derail you! Here’s the fix I swear by (and it takes about 90 seconds to set up!): The Later List.
Create a folder in Outlook called “Later List” and move any emails you need to come back to into that folder instead of letting them pile up in your main inbox.
Set up a recurring calendar reminder to review your Later List. (Mine is every Friday!)
For each email choose one of three fates: Respond. Delegate. Delete.
From there? Just set up a designated time slot to review your Later List! I like to do it during my “Scary Hour:” a 60-minute sprint where I sit down and handle the dozens of emails I’d tabled. (Something about calling it “Scary Hour” helps get it done. 🤝 )
Less digital clutter = more mental space for the things that actually matter. And if you’re looking for more ways to create space, you’ll love my (free!) Burnout Reset Guide!
It has the simple 3-step system I use to organize my inbox, lighten my workload, and create space for better choices. Here’s to more focus, energy, and productivity! 💚
