End the Scroll Struggle 🖱️
Imagine you’re working on a quarterly sales report and need to calculate total revenue. The problem? Your revenue column is riddled with empty cells.
“No problem,” you say to yourself (we all do it). “I’ll just use Ctrl + Shift + ↓ to select the data. Then I’ll add everything.” But you try the shortcut and…it stops selecting at the first blank cell. What gives?
Here’s your fix: Ctrl + Shift + End. This shortcut highlights the entire column—gaps and all—until the last cell in the column.
There you have it! No more missed data (and no more wasted time 😉).

The “I Can Do It” File 📂
In March 2023, I found myself in San Diego gearing up to present at Social Media Marketing World—one of my first public speaking gigs. And let’s just say…my nerves were doing summersaults. 🙃
I wasn’t exactly a natural public speaker (did you know 75% of people fear public speaking?) but I decided to go for it anyway—to prove to myself that I could do hard things.
Best day ever!
It ended up being a blast. Two years later and I still get messages from people who loved my speech!
But every time I got some positive feedback on my presentation, I’d think: “If only past Kat could’ve seen this. She wouldn’t have been so nervous.” That’s when I had an idea: What if I documented these moments to help future Kat?
Enter: the “I Can Do This” file. 📂 Coined by YouTuber Nischa, the concept is simple. For every challenge, you document:
Before: emotions leading up to the event
During: what actually happened
After: how you felt once it was over
Impact: feedback, results, and wins
The file is powerful because the next time you’re facing something intimidating—whether it’s leading a team meeting or interviewing for a new role—you can open it and see real proof that you’ve overcome challenges before.
And if you did it then? You can 100% do it now.
Try it out! Recording these events is a simple way to acknowledge your past wins and remind yourself that you’re stronger than you think—and always have been. 🌟

It’s officially snowing ❄️ here in Arizona and I couldn’t be happier. There’s nothing quite like seeing snow on the red rocks. 😍
I love to get cozy on days like this and block off time on my calendar for learning. If that’s your vibe too? Come join my free Excel class!
