30 cells handled in 30 seconds

Hey there! Is this you? You know AI could cut your workday in half, and you dream about that extra headspace, earlier clock-out time, and sense of finally being ahead.

But when you open that prompt box? It feels…heavy. 🫠 We’ve all been there: staring at a blinking cursor with no idea where to begin, or worse, spending 20 minutes ā€œfixingā€ a response that was supposed to save you time.

AI shouldn’t be this hard. That’s why I’m hosting a free AI class designed to turn AI friction into ✨ flow! ✨

In just one hour, you will:

  • Learn how to spot hallucinations and eliminate all the back-and-fourth

  • Get frameworks that instantly upgrade the accuracy, clarity, and creativity of everything AI produces

  • Walk away feeling more confident, empowered, and ready to use AI to save time, reduce stress, and level up your work

Color-Code 30 Test Scores in 30 Seconds šŸ–Œļø

Let me set the scene. Imagine you’re a teacher with 30 test scores to grade, and your principal wants them color-coded so she can see who’s struggling at a glance.

If you’re planning on doing it like this… šŸ‘‡

…we should chat.

There’s a better way, and it uses Color Scales in Excel. This handy feature automatically applies a gradient of colors based on the relative values within a specified range. Here’s how it works:

Step 1) Select all your test scores

Step 2) Go to Home > More Options > Conditional Formatting > Color Scales

Step 3) Choose your preferred color scale. Done!

Color Scales is one of my favorite easy Excel features. Anytime I need to see patterns at a glance, from sales numbers to project timelines to survey responses, it’s the first thing I run to. šŸƒ

P.S. Are you on a PC? Color Scales look slightly different. Watch my video to see where to find it!

I have BIG news šŸŽ‰

I signed my first big book deal with my dream publishers! And guess what…it's NOT an Excel book. šŸ‘€

Over the last 5 years, I have had the privilege of supporting millions of people with tech skills, but very soon, knowing how to use tools like AI won’t be impressive, it will be expected.

And when everyone has access to the same tools, the real question becomes: What actually makes you stand out?

For me, that has always been energy. šŸŒŸ

When someone is truly operating at their fullest potential, you can feel it when they walk in the room.

Over the last decade, I learned how to optimize my energy in a way that unlocked a completely new level of performance. I figured out how to 10x my income, dramatically cut my workload, and actually enjoy my life more at the same time. My unique approach got picked up by the media and went viral around the world.

People kept asking me "HOW are you pulling off such exponential growth without crashing?!" So I secretly spent the last year reverse engineering, analyzing, and backing with science everything I do behind the scenes to get at least 30% more out of my day while feeling calmer, more balanced, and more fulfilled—all without working harder or burning out.

And in 2027, in partnership with both Hay House and John Murray Business, this book will be hitting shelves around the world! Huge shoutout to my amazing agent Carly Watters at P.S. Literary Agency—this book would not exist without you and your amazing vision!

I have poured my heart and soul into this book designed to help you level up your career and your life in a way that feels natural, sustainable, and simple. I have never been so excited about something I am building—it just feels so right! I have so many thoughtful and fun surprises planned for you along the way, too. Your support means more to me than I can put into words, and I cannot wait to give you value in an even bigger and more meaningful way. šŸ’–

3 Lessons From Five Years of Growing Miss Excel ✨

In 2020, I pressed ā€œpostā€ on my first TikTok from my childhood bedroom with shaky fingers and zero followers. That one video launched Miss Excel and changed the trajectory of my life forever.

Five years later, Miss Excel has blossomed into a community of more than 2 million+ people, powered by a team of fabulous humans. It’s even made it possible for me to retire my mom (a true ā€œpinch meā€ moment 🄹).

It’s been a whirlwind, and I’ve learned so much along the way. But if I had to boil it down to just three pieces of advice, here’s what I’d tell you:

  1. Self-care is how you scale.

It sounds counterintuitive, but the more time I took for myself, the more Miss Excel grew. Whether you’re an entrepreneur or at a 9–5, your work is an extension of yourself. If you’re running on fumes, growth stalls.

  1. Don’t wait until it’s perfect.

My mantra is: ā€œGet it done first, make it good later.ā€ I call this Messy Action, and it’s the fastest way to propel yourself forward.

Take that first TikTok of mine. The lighting wasn’t great, and the audio was super grainy. But it got me started, and I was able to learn from it. You can’t make something better until it exists!

  1. Don’t manage your time. Manage your energy.

Instead of a random to-do list, I group my tasks by the energy they require. I have Creative Days for things like brainstorming webinar ideas and creating content, and Admin Days for logistics—calls, contracts, all that good stuff!

This avoids the ā€œbrain drainā€ of task switching. Turns out jumping from dancing to Ice Ice Baby for TikTok to negotiating a contract isn’t exactly a smooth mental shift. šŸ˜…

Grouping tasks by energy is just one out of the hundreds of ways I’ve learned to get at least 30% more out of my day. Over the past 10 years, I’ve studied energy management intensely—and it’s helped me build Miss Excel into what it is today.   šŸ’š

Now, I’m putting all of it into a book, and I absolutely can’t wait to share it with you!

  • The Excel pros know how to submit data forms. Do you? šŸ‘€

  • The science-backed way to trick your brain into loving hard things. šŸ’Ŗ

  • Still drawing checkmarks ā˜‘ļø by hand in Excel? There’s a faster way

  • ā€œThis is super clever,ā€ says a comment on my video on inserting blank rows in Excel. šŸ™‡

  • This slept-on AI tool turns your study materials into a podcast you can listen while on the go. šŸ™Œ I share more time-saving tools like this in my free AI class. Don’t forget to join!

Thanks for reading! There are SO many new and exciting things on the horizon for Miss Excel and I just wanted to take a second to thank you for being here every step of the way. From new classes to book launches, it wouldn’t all be possible without this community & I’m so forever grateful.

If you haven’t already, be sure to register for my new FREE AI class & learn how to save time, reduce stress, and level up your work with AI every week.

Stay Exceling,
