The Excel feature from your dreams 💭

Create a drop-down menu in seconds!

Hey there! Imagine going up to your boss and saying: “Hey, my Excel skills are a little outdated. I hope you don’t notice.”

Obviously, you never would. But if your dashboards are hard to read and all over the place? That might be the message they're sending.

Let’s make sure that doesn’t happen! Join my free Excel dashboards training, and in just one hour, you’ll learn how to build clean and powerful dashboards that show your boss exactly what they need to see (and show you off as the pro you are). 💪

Grab your free seat below before they’re gone!

Create the Drop-Down Menu of Your Dreams 💭

Imagine you’re Leslie Knope from Parks and Rec, and you’ve been tasked with organizing the entire Pawnee department staff in Excel.

Shouldn’t be too hard, right? You start typing: Leslie Knope, Director. Ron Swanson, Director. Tom Haverford, Administrator. On and on. Fifteen minutes later, your wrists hurt and you realize you’ve been spelling "Administrator" wrong this entire time. 🙃

There’s a better way: Drop-down Lists! They take less than a minute to set up, and then you never have to manually type those job titles again. Here’s what to do:

Step 1) Select the column

Step 2) Go to Data > Data Validation

Step 3) Change “Any Value” to “List”

Step 4) Under Source, select the cells that contain your list of options

Step 5) Click Apply and you’re done! Now you can click the dropdown arrow in any cell and choose from your options.

Whether you're organizing the Pawnee Parks Department or handling your own team’s data, dropdown menus save time, eliminate typos, and make data entry actually enjoyable.

Well, almost. 😄

Maybe you’ve told yourself that you’re just not “an Excel person.” That while some people are data pros…you just aren’t one of them.

Can I tell you something?

That belief has been holding you back. It is 100% possible to go from feeling stuck every time you open a spreadsheet to building clean, impressive dashboards that make your data impossible to ignore. 🙌

All it takes is one hour and the right person to show you how. And that’s exactly what my free Excel dashboards training is here for! By the end of class, you’ll:

  • ✔️ Transform messy data into clear visuals so you can spot trends instantly (no more endless scrolling)

  • ✔️ Make smarter, faster decisions with charts that update automatically

  • ✔️ Work with more speed and accuracy using my favorite time-saving shortcuts

Joy Is a Competitive Superpower 🎉

Last month, superstar Alysa Liu won the Olympic gold medal in figure skating. ⛸️ But that’s not the only reason she made headlines: It was how she skated—dancing, laughing, and all around having a blast the entire time.

The craziest part? Figure skating used to make Alysa miserable

In 2022, she was burnt out after years of strict training, going as far as staying up late before practice “to make time pass slower” before she had to show up at the rink. That’s how much she dreaded it. 🫠 When she was 16, right after competing in the Beijing Olympics, she quit

Two years later, Alysa returned to the sport with a totally new approach. It was all about having fun on her own terms

  • She choreographed her routines.

  • She selected her own program music.

  • She skated as much (or as little!) as she wanted.

I think it’s safe to say that that fun helped her win gold. 🥇

While I cannot skate to save my life 🙃, I can relate to Alysa’s story. When I started making Excel videos in 2020, it was all about having fun

I danced to songs like Ice Ice Baby and So Fresh and So Clean, and never stressed about “metrics” or “strategy.” Looking back, that energy is no small part of why Miss Excel took off.

Alysa’s victory is a reminder to ask yourself: Is there something you’re taking too seriously? What would happen if you made it as joyful as possible? You might be surprised at how powerful that joy can be. ✨

  • The interactive Excel feature that makes charts feel like magic. 🪄

  • Color-code emails so important messages never get buried again.

  • Create a Speedometer Gauge Chart (it’s as cool as it sounds!). 🏎️

  • The AI setup that makes writing team messages 10x easier.
