Meet your spreadsheet’s secret glow-up button ✨

Hi there! There are two ways people react when a giant file of data lands on their plate:

  1. Panic. 😩 Where do I even start with this?!

  2. Excitement. 😎 Ooh, I can turn this into a dashboard that makes me look brilliant in the next meeting.

Ready to fall into the second camp? Then join my live free 60-minute training! In just one hour, I’ll show you exactly how to automate your reporting with AI and Dashboards

Not only will you learn how to save 3+ hours every week, but you’ll become the Excel wizard that gets noticed. 👀

Your Spreadsheet’s Glow-Up Button 🎨

POV: You just spent a chunk of your morning making your spreadsheet look immaculate. The headers are bold. The fill is the perfect shade of blue. You lean back and admire your work. Gorgeous.

A single tear of pride forms. 🥲

Then you spot them: five more sections. All beige. All sad. All begging for the same glow-up. But the thought of clicking through every single formatting button again makes your eye twitch. 🫠

Enter: Format Painter! This button applies the same formatting—including color, font size and style, and border style—to other cells. Think of it as copy-paste for formatting.

Here’s how to use it:

Step 1) Click on the cell that has the same formatting you want to copy

Step 2) Head to the Home tab and click Format Painter

Step 3) Click on the cell you want to apply it to. Done!

🎁 Bonus Tip: A single click on Format Painter copies the formatting once. But a double-click locks the brush so you can keep painting cell after cell to your heart’s content.

Happy painting! 🖌️

Imagine Being The Person in The Room With The Answer 🤓

By now, you’re probably using AI (your company might even be footing the bill 💸 ). But there’s a big difference between using AI to write an email versus using it to make you the smartest person in the room.

That’s exactly what my free live AI and Dashboards training is for! After just one hour, you’ll walk away knowing how to:

  • ⚡️ Build dashboards that turn messy data into crystal-clear insights (no more endless scrolling!)

  • 🤖 Let AI handle a chunk of your work tasks so you can get 3+ hours of your time back every week

  • 📃 Build a report once and have it update automatically instead of starting from scratch every time

  • 🤝 Walk into meetings with confidence with the answer ready (no more awkward “I’m not sure, let me get back to you on that”)

And if you’re stressed that AI is “too complicated” or you’re “not tech-y” enough? Don’t worry! I’ve specifically made this class fun and easy to follow—as previous students like Sarah will tell you: ☺️

P.S. Can’t make any of the times work for you? No worries. Register for any session anyway and I will send the replay link your way! 🎥

How Being Specific Can Catapult Your Career

We all know that being respectful is part of how we advance in our careers. But when we picture said respect, our mind usually goes to the classics: Holding the door. Saying “Please” and “Thank you.” Not microwaving fish in the break room. 🙃

All important things! But there’s another form of respect that we don’t talk about often enough—and it has nothing to do with manners.

It’s specificity

I recently came across this idea from content creator Maja in her Substack “How To Enter Side Doors.” In it, she describes specificity as a type of respect because it “shows you’ve taken the time to understand the person, the company, and the problem.” Bingo. 🎯

Here’s what that could look like in different parts of your career:

  • A cold email → Instead of sending a generic email written by AI, you share the exact reason you decided to reach out.

  • In an interview → Instead of answering “Why do you want to work here” with “I love the culture,” you name the projects you’re itching to dig into.

  • Chatting with your boss → Instead of the quick “How was your weekend?” you follow up on that random thing they told you about three weeks ago.

Personally, I’m all in on specificity—especially when it comes to my trainings! I zero in on the specific work headaches you’re facing and exactly how to solve them, so you can get hours of your week back. ⌛

Curious to see it for yourself? Register to my live free AI & Dashboards class! I’d love to see you there. 💚
