Most people waste all day on this...
...but with this function it’ll take 20 seconds!
Hi there! Here’s something I can’t wrap my head around: Most people only use AI as a chatbot. Type a question, copy the answer, close the tab. Done.
But that’s only scratching the surface of what AI can do. 🤯
The real magic happens when AI integrates inside your workflow—automating mundane to-dos, organizing your spreadsheets, and sending you reminders. That’s when AI becomes a total game changer.
And I’m hosting a free live AI class to show you exactly how to make it happen! This (brand new) class is packed with practical workflows that’ll save you 3+ hours every week and make AI your most reliable teammate. 🤖
If you’re ready to become AI-fluent and use AI to its fullest potential, grab your free seat before they’re gone!

Count Smarter With SUMPRODUCT 🧮
“I don’t want to stare at this spreadsheet all day. 😩”
That’s your friend—a newly minted clothing brand owner already up to her eyeballs in sales data (talk about a good problem to have!). She needs a count of every red item over $30 that she’s sold, and she’d love to get the answer without staring at rows of data until her vision blurs.
Luckily, she reached out to the right person. 😉

Here’s what you’re going to show her: SUMPRODUCT. This function can filter a row against two conditions and only count the ones that meet both. Let’s see it in action:
Step 1) Type =SUMPRODUCT((
Step 2) Select your color range (F3:F17) → Type = → Select your color criteria cell (I7) → Close the parentheses

Step 3) Type * to multiply → Select your price range (G3:G17) → Type > → Select your price criteria cell (J7) → Close both parentheses
The final formula is: =SUMPRODUCT((F3:F17=I7)*(G3:G17>J7))

Done! But the part that your friend is really going to love? If she wants to check different items or price points, all she has to do is swap the criteria cells.

Now your friend can get back to doing what she does best—designing clothes—while you cement your reputation as the Excel wizard of the friend group. 🧙

Become the Most AI-Fluent Person in the Room!
AI. Is. Everywhere. Whether it’s on LinkedIn or on a Zoom, you’ll hear someone say that AI is “running their life” and “saving them so much time!” And while you believe them…you’re not exactly sure how to do it yourself. 🫠
That’s exactly what my free live AI class is here to help with! In just one hour, you’ll walk away with:
A smarter way to work that your boss will absolutely notice
The ability to automate draining tasks and save 3+ hours every week
An AI workflow that you can rely on instead of getting overwhelmed and frustrated by
And don’t let the word “AI” intimidate you! I’ll be breaking it down step-by-step so you can start to use it on day one. And as our past students will tell you—you’ll be amazed at what you learn!

The Three Desktop Folders Everyone Should Have 📂
Most people treat their desktops like junk drawers. 🗑️ They’re littered with random images, outdated .dmg or .exe files, and screenshots with cryptic names like “Screenshot 2019-03-09 at 4.12 PM.”
But your desktop is capable of more than collecting digital dust! With the right folders, it can motivate you on a bad day, impress your manager, and show you how far you’ve come.
That’s where these three folders come in:
The Kind Words Folder
Every kind message, glowing email, or thoughtful comment deserves a digital home! Stash them all in one place, and? The next time you’re feeling unmotivated or battling imposter syndrome, you’ve got receipts that say otherwise. 💚
The Feedback Folder
Feedback from your boss is career intel gold. But between Google Doc revisions, Teams, and 89 unread emails, it’s hard to keep track of it all. 😅 Start saving it in your “Feedback Folder” instead.
Bonus: Lani Assaf—who works in marketing at Anthropic—uploads hers into an “AI Feedback Vault.” She’ll then ask the AI to give her suggestions based on her manager’s feedback. Genius!
The Rejections Folder
I know what you’re thinking: A folder of rejections?! But the goal of this folder isn’t to dwell on your losses. It’s to collect proof that you’ve been showing up and taking swings.
And one day, when you’re where you want to be, you’ll open it and feel proud of how far you’ve come. (Just like author Caro Claire Burke did!)
Remember, you spend hours staring at your desktop every day. Might as well make it a place that inspires you! ✨
