Plus: What most people get wrong about energy 🔥
Happy June! Something about summer always sparks my creativity, and I’ve been buzzing with new ideas for tech tricks and tips. But I’d love to know which industry you’re in first! This will help me create content that’s actually relevant to your world. 💚
Which industry are you in? |

How To Make ChatGPT Sound Like You 👏
Stop me if this sounds familiar: You ask ChatGPT to write something, but it comes out a little too formal. So you ask ChatGPT to “make it more casual” but then it hits you with the “Hey, rockstar!”
Three rounds of back and forth later, and you’re wondering if it would’ve been faster to just write the dang thing yourself. đź«
But ChatGPT can learn to sound like you! And all it takes is updating your settings. Here’s how:
Step 1) Go to Settings > Personalization > Custom instructions
Step 2) Fill out the question prompts, then hit Save
Step 3) Test it out!
Now instead of tweaking every response, ChatGPT sounds more like you from the get-go. Want to see this tip in action? Watch the video right here!

What Most People Get Wrong About Energy ❤️‍🔥
Before I launched Miss Excel, I saw energy like a phone battery—it started at 100% each morning and slowly drained to 2% by bedtime. Then? Ready to crash.
Then when I started working for myself, my days got longer than ever—filming TikToks, editing videos, writing newsletters. But at the end of those marathon days, I was still ✨ buzzing ✨ with excitement.
That’s when I realized I was wrong about energy. It’s not a battery…it’s a campfire. 🪵 When you stoke it the right way, your energy grows!
Here’s how →
1) Feed your flames. With Miss Excel, I can work crazy long days and still feel energized because I love what I do. When your work lights you up, it actually gives you more energy to keep burning.
But the opposite is true, too. A task that drains you is like tossing a wet log onto your fire: It smothers the flames and puts out your energy fast.
2) Ignite the spark. Ever notice how starting your morning with something energizing (going on a run, working on a creative project) sets you up for a more productive day? Just like a fire needs a spark, your energy takes off when you start with what fuels you.
This metaphor is a reminder that our energy isn’t something that just happens to us. It’s something we get to build.
So instead of asking yourself “How much battery do I have left?” try “What can I add to my fire today?” I promise you’ll burn brighter than you think. 🔥
