2.5 hours saved in 30 seconds ⏲️

=IFS has your back!

Hey there! On a scale of 1 to 10: How would you rate your Excel Data Analysis skills? 👀 Most people we ask say somewhere between 4–6. It’s enough to get by…but not enough to see results when it counts.

Because when you’re at a 10, you…

  • Walk into meetings with answers instead of anxiety

  • Build reports in minutes that used to take hours

  • Present data that tells a story

What if I told you you could close that gap in just one hour? That’s exactly what my free Data Analysis and Pivot Tables class is for!

Together, we’ll turn dry data into compelling spreadsheets and you’ll go from “I get by” to “I know my stuff.” 😎 Register today before seats fill up!

Take 30 Seconds to Save 2.5 Hours ⏲️

Imagine you’re running the dream sales team. They’re talented, motivated, and—in a completely normal and not-at-all fictional scenario—all characters from Harry Potter. 🧙

Each rep has been given a rating from 1–3, where 1 = Bad, 2 = Okay, and 3 = Good. Your job is to fill in the written review next to each number.

Simple enough! The whole thing takes you about three minutes.

Three minutes sounds harmless. But if you’re updating this every week? That’s nearly 2.5 hours lost each year to something Excel can do in 30 seconds. 🫠

Enter: IFS. This function evaluates a list of conditions in order and returns the value for whichever one is true first. In this scenario, you’d just type: =IFS(C3=”Good”,C3=2”Okay”,C3=1”Bad”)

Double-click and you’re done! Now that’s what I call Excel magic. 🪄

Master Data Analysis and Pivot Tables in Just One Hour!

What if the next time your boss asked you for a report, your answer was "Give me five minutes”? 😎

That’s what happens when you know how to use Data Analysis and Pivot Tables—two of the most powerful Excel skills. And we’re covering both in my free class!

Whether you’re swimming in sales data, survey results, or a spreadsheet that somehow has 10,000 rows (I’ve been there 🙃 ), this class will show you how to:

  • Turn thousands of rows into clear, instant summaries (no formulas required!)

  • Slice and filter your data on the fly so you can answer any question your boss throws at you

  • Spot important trends and patterns that are invisible when you’re just staring at numbers

  • Build reports in minutes that used to take you half a day

Don’t just take it from me! Here’s what a past attendee from a previous class had to say:

Spots are filling up, so grab yours fast!

Organize Your Life With Admin Nights 🌃

How many things are on your to-do list?

Not for work. I mean general life stuff, like rescheduling your dentist appointment, applying for TSA PreCheck, or filing your taxes before April 15 (sorry for the reminder 😅).

These things aren’t necessarily hard. We just tend to file them under “To Do Later” until “later” becomes an avalanche of deadlines. 🫠

That’s what happened to my partner Mike and me last week. We had a ton of to-dos, from donating clothes to cleaning out the fridge.

So we decided to make a night out of it. We cleared our schedules from 6–9 PM, chugged some Poppis, and got it done! Turns out, we’d just had an “Admin Night.”

Admin Nights are when you and your friends get together to knock out “life chores” in one focused block. It’s basically productivity disguised as a social activity, so you get ahead and keep your social life (a win-win if I’ve ever seen one).

Admin Nights both 1) put that time in your calendar and 2) give you the added accountability of your friends doing it alongside you. 💪

And if none of your friends can make it? No sweat! Try watching “Work With Me” videos on YouTube (this one is one of my favorites!) to feel like you’re not doing this alone. I’m right there with you!
